Overview

The YFLM6(XGN□)-12/24, a new type of SF6-gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear, features a modular design and inherent scalability, giving it exceptional flexibility. This cabinet is suitable for 12kV and 24kV transmission and distribution systems, offering integrated functions such as control, protection, measurement, monitoring, and communication. It is particularly well-suited for applications where space for distribution facilities is limited, reliability demands are high, or operating conditions are harsh—such as in underground installations, high-altitude regions, or coastal areas with challenging environmental factors. As a result, it can deliver tailored, highly satisfactory technical solutions to meet the diverse needs of various application scenarios and user requirements.

Features

The YFLM6(XGN□)-12, 24 series gas-insulated switchgear uses SF6 gas as the arc-extinguishing and insulating medium.

The switchgear features a fully sealed, fully insulated design; all high-voltage live components are completely enclosed within a stainless steel housing. It is filled with SF6 gas maintained at a working pressure of 1.4 bar, achieving an IP67 protection rating. As a result, the entire unit remains entirely unaffected by external environmental conditions, and the gas chamber requires no maintenance throughout its lifetime.

The switchgear is equipped with a comprehensive "five-protection" interlocking system, effectively eliminating the risk of human error that could lead to personal safety hazards for operators or equipment malfunctions.

All switches feature a reliable safety pressure-relief channel, ensuring the personal safety of operators even in extreme situations.

Switchgear cabinets typically feature front-mounted incoming and outgoing lines, but can also be configured for side-outgoing lines or side extensions depending on the installation location.

The cabinet-mounted load switch, load switch-fuse combination unit, and circuit breaker functional unit modules all share the same width, making them suitable for installations in tight spaces and environments with challenging conditions.

The cabinet can be equipped with electric, remote-control, and detection devices according to the user's specific needs.

Overview

The YFLM□-40.5 series gas-insulated high-voltage AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a scalable ring main unit designed for use in secondary distribution networks. It is suitable for distribution systems operating at voltages of 40.5 kV and below, serving functions such as switching load currents, handling overload currents, and interrupting short-circuit currents. Additionally, it can safely disconnect capacitive loads like no-load transformers, overhead lines, cable circuits, and capacitor banks.

The YFLM-40.5 series of gas-insulated, high-voltage AC metal-clad switchgear products includes various modules such as load switch cabinet units, load switch-fuse combination unit assemblies, vacuum circuit breaker units, busbar lifting units, and busbar sectioning switch units—and these can be combined in different configurations. Additionally, custom combinations tailored to specific customer requirements are also available.

The YFLM-40.5 series gas-insulated high-voltage AC metal-clad switchgear uses SF6 gas as both the arc-extinguishing and insulating medium. The busbars, switches, and live components are completely enclosed within a stainless steel housing, which is pressurized with 1.4 bar of SF6 gas, achieving an IP67 protection rating. This fully sealed system ensures that internal switches and all energized parts remain unaffected by external environmental changes, eliminating the need for maintenance. Additionally, a reliable safety pressure-relief channel guarantees operator safety even under extreme conditions. With its compact design and easy installation, this equipment is ideally suited for operation in confined spaces.
