Overview

The GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is a fully assembled low-voltage switching device characterized by its flexible structure, modularity, versatility, and reliable, safe performance. It is ideally suited for applications in industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical processing, mining enterprises, and infrastructure projects. Specifically, it can be used in distribution systems, centralized motor control systems, and other low-voltage applications within AC three-phase power grids operating at frequencies of 50 (60) Hz, with rated working voltages of 380V (400V) or up to 660V, and capable of handling rated currents of 4000A or lower.

The switchgear has undergone comprehensive type tests and is certified under the national mandatory 3C product certification. The product complies with standards such as GB 7251.12 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment" and IEC 60439-1 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment."

Model and Its Meaning

Normal operating conditions

1 Ambient air temperature not exceeding 40°C, with a 24-hour average no higher than 35°C, and a minimum ambient air temperature of -25°C.

2 The installation site must not exceed an altitude of 2000 meters.

3 The surrounding air is not noticeably contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gases, vapors, or salt spray.

4 Atmospheric Conditions: Air must be clean, and the relative humidity should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C. At lower temperatures, higher levels of relative humidity are permissible— for example, up to 90% at +20°C. However, it’s important to note that fluctuations in temperature may occasionally lead to moderate condensation.

5. During equipment installation, the tilt angle relative to the vertical plane should not exceed 5°.

6. The equipment should be installed in a location free from severe vibrations and shocks.

Basic structure:

The switchgear cabinet structure is assembled using profiled materials (with a module of E = 25 mm). Thanks to the use of locking self-tapping screws and 8.8-grade high-strength bolts for connections, the cabinet boasts high precision and excellent performance. The cabinet features a distinct separation between its external appearance and internal components.
