Uses

The GXL-type low-voltage power distribution box is suitable for use in power plants and industrial/mining enterprises, serving as a power distribution device in three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire systems with AC voltages of 500V and below. The GXL-type low-voltage power distribution box is designed for indoor installation, mounted against a wall, with maintenance accessible from the front of the unit.

Meaning of the Model

Normal operating conditions

1 Altitude should not exceed 2000m; for heights above 2000m, please consult with our company.

2 Indoor environment free from dust, corrosive gases, and rainwater intrusion;

3 Ambient air temperature: The maximum ambient air temperature is +40°C, while the minimum is -25°C. The average temperature measured over a 24-hour period must not exceed +35°C. During storage and transportation, the temperature should remain between -25°C and 40°C, with short-term excursions not surpassing 70°C.

4 Relative humidity: The relative humidity of the air does not exceed 85%.

5. There is no vibration or jarring, and the installation angle does not exceed 5°.

Key Performance Features

1 The auxiliary circuit features local, remote, and automatic operation modes, with a switchable function between local and remote control. The contactor can use DC holding, and the operating voltage is 220V AC. The signal current is 6A.

2 The main incoming switch features optional instantaneous and thermal-magnetic trip protection. To ensure proper coordination with the next-level main switch, the instantaneous protection can be disabled, preventing higher-level tripping. Additionally, it offers self-closing, non-self-closing, and switching mechanisms for user selection.

3. The motor control circuit features short-circuit protection, overload protection, undervoltage release, and phase-loss protection.

4. The AC contactor features silent operation and energy-saving functionality;

5. The main switch of the feeder circuit features instantaneous tripping and thermal-magnetic protection; leakage current protection can be added upon request.

6. The main switch for the lighting circuit features instantaneous, overload, and leakage protection:

7 The power supply circuit is equipped with an ammeter and a voltmeter;

8 In the feeder circuit, current meters and energy meters may or may not be installed for ratings of 250A and above.
