KYN28A-12kV, 24kV Armored Withdrawable AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

Overview

KYN28A-12, 24(Z)(GZSI)-type armored withdrawable AC metal-clad switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is designed for use in three-phase 50Hz AC power systems, where it serves to receive and distribute electrical energy while also enabling circuit control, protection, and monitoring.

This product complies with the standards GB3906 "AC Metal-Clad Switchgear and Control Equipment Rated from 3.6kV to 40.5kV," GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards," IEC60298 "AC Metal-Clad Switchgear and Control Equipment Rated Above 1kV up to and Including 52kV," and DL/T404-2007 "AC Metal-Clad Switchgear and Control Equipment Rated from 3.6kV to 40.5kV."

Model and Its Meaning

Normal operating conditions

1 Ambient air temperature: Maximum +40°C, minimum -25°C;

2 Humidity conditions:

Daily average relative humidity: ≤95%;

The daily average vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2 kPa.

Monthly average relative humidity: ≤90%;

The monthly average vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8 kPa;

3 Altitude: Below 1000m;

4. Seismic intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees;

5 The surrounding air should be free from obvious contamination by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, and the like.

6 Areas without frequent, severe vibrations;

7. When used under normal environmental conditions exceeding the GB3906 specifications, it shall be agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer.

Structural Features

1 The structure of the switching device is shown in Figure 1;

2 Fully metallic assembly, modular design, with a wide range of configuration options;

3 The cabinet body is made from aluminum-zinc coated thin steel sheets, precision-crafted using CNC machining. It features advanced multi-fold edge technology and is assembled with pull-rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, ensuring high precision, excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight construction, superior strength, and exceptional part interchangeability.

4 Can be equipped with VS1-12 series or imported VD4 series vacuum circuit breakers, offering wide applicability, high reliability, and enabling years of maintenance-free operation.

5 The handcart is equipped with working and test positions, each featuring positioning and display devices for safety and reliability.

6. Various types of hand carts are designed with modular, block-like configurations, ensuring that carts of the same specification can be freely interchanged, while carts with different specifications are strictly prohibited from entering.

7 The handcart is transported by a dedicated carrier vehicle, making operation convenient and flexible.

The 8-cable compartment can accommodate up to 9 single-core cables;

9 Highly reliable interlocking devices that fully meet the "Five-Prevention" requirements;

Each of the 10 high-voltage rooms is equipped with pressure relief channels to ensure personal safety.

The 11 front panels are equipped with observation windows made of explosion-proof glass, allowing users to monitor the operational status of internal components.
