YFZRN35(EP)-40.5D Solid-Encapsulated Load Switch

The YFZN35(EP)-40.5 Series (Solid-Encapsulated Type) Indoor AC High-Voltage Vacuum Load Switch and Load Switch-Fuse Combination Apparatus (hereinafter referred to as the "Series Solid-Encapsulated Vacuum Load Switch") is independently designed and developed by our company in accordance with GB3804 and GB16926. It is suitable for 50Hz AC networks with a rated voltage of 40.5kV and is specifically tailored for 35kV systems used in wind and solar power generation. This product can be employed as an independent electrical unit in 40.5kV power systems or integrated into compact substation setups. Featuring a well-optimized design, it incorporates our company’s self-developed CTE3 two-stage transmission spring-operated mechanism, which has earned a national invention patent—ensuring simple, reliable, and dependable operation.

It is suitable for 50Hz AC networks with a rated voltage of 40.5kV and is specifically engineered for 35kV systems used in wind and solar power generation. This product can be deployed either as a standalone electrical unit within 40.5kV power systems or integrated into compact substation setups. Featuring a well-optimized design, it incorporates CTE3, a two-stage transmission spring-operated mechanism that has been independently developed by our company and awarded a national invention patent—ensuring simple, reliable, and dependable operation.

Model Description

Environmental operating conditions

(1) Ambient temperature: -25°C to +40°C;
(2) Relative Humidity: The daily average should not exceed 95%, and the monthly average should not surpass 90%.
(3) The surrounding air is not noticeably contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gases, vapors, or salt spray;
(4) Areas free from fire and explosion hazards;
(5) Locations with seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; and slopes no steeper than 5°.
Note: The above outlines the standard operating conditions according to GB/T 11022. For special application environments such as high altitudes, heavy salt spray, or extremely cold/heat conditions, the technical design can be modified and customized based on these requirements.
