The VYF1-24 (VS1-24) series vacuum circuit breakers are a new generation of indoor vacuum circuit breakers with integrated solid-insulated pole assemblies, developed by our company based on the VS1 design. They cover a range of 24kV rated parameters, from 630A to 1250A and from 25kA to 31.5kA.
The VYF1-24 (VS1-24) series vacuum circuit breakers are indoor switchgear designed for three-phase applications at 50–60 Hz and rated voltage of 24 kV. They serve as protective and control units for power equipment in grid systems, industrial facilities, and mining operations. Equipped with a dedicated operating mechanism, these breakers can be configured into withdrawable handcart units. The primary components feature either the APG solid-seal encapsulation process or an insulated-cylinder design, effectively shielding the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and other key circuit parts from impacts, dust, and condensation. This makes them ideal for environments requiring frequent operation under rated working currents—or for applications involving repeated interruptions of short-circuit currents—as well as locations with harsher environmental conditions.

The VYF1-24 (VS1-24) series vacuum circuit breakers utilize the proven APG process to encapsulate the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and main current-carrying circuits within an insulating cylinder. This approach effectively addresses the issue of insulation degradation caused by environmental factors, ensuring that the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber remains reliable even in harsher conditions.
The VYF1-24 (VS1-24) features a vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, offering strong breaking capacity and high reliability, making it better suited to practical application requirements while achieving maintenance-free operation for the primary components.
Featuring a mature spring-operated mechanism, it delivers stable and reliable performance, boasts an extended service life, and is easy to operate. Additionally, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, requiring minimal maintenance throughout its lifespan.
Complete the type tests according to the extended electrical life class E2, extended mechanical life class M2, and capacitive current switching with an extremely low re-strike probability class C2 as specified in GB1984-2003.
Product assembly utilizes specialized tooling to ensure consistent dimensions. Before leaving the factory, all products undergo a standard cabinet push-test procedure, guaranteeing their interchangeability and versatility.
All products undergo hundreds of mechanical operation and running-in tests before leaving the factory, ensuring that their performance remains consistently stable.
We utilize imported testing equipment to accurately record the no-load mechanical characteristics of each product and provide customers with these characteristic curves, ensuring the reliability of product quality.
